Room to Read believes World Change Starts With Educated Children. Room to Read and The Grape Escape published Recipes Worth Reading, a community cookbook of 150 recipes from NJ area chefs, shops and home cooks. Every dozen cookbooks sold provides a one year scholarship for secondary education for a girl. The central moral issue of this century is gender inequity. Room to Read has provided scholarships for more than 38,000 girls and helped 10 million children benefit from education. For more information, please visit www.roomtoread.org.
